In the Timeout facilitator training you will learn the Timeout discussion model and how to facilitate constructive discussions. You will also learn the principles of dialogue and receive practical tips on how to use Timeout dialogues in your work and organisation.
Timeout is a method to initiate and have constructive discussions. With its invitation practices you can bring people together from different backgrounds to have equal interaction and meaningful dialogue. Timeout discussions help to gain a deeper understanding of different themes without the need to reach consensus or quick solutions. At the same time we build trust and participation in the community. The Timeout model includes tools to plan and direct discussions as well as to increase their impact.
